At the UST Brandon Hall Awards 2025, the company achieved its best-ever performance, winning a total of 11 awards — eight gold, one silver, and two bronze. This marks the fifth consecutive year UST has been honored at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.

Notably, UST secured the Best Corporate Culture Transformation gold for the third consecutive year, reinforcing its dedication to Servant Leadership principles and its values of humility, humanity, and integrity.
Independent Recognition at Brandon Hall Awards
Entries were evaluated by senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives. Criteria included alignment to business needs, program design, creativity, adoption, and overall effectiveness.
